Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between gb99 ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service, feature, product or content available on the gb99 platform at gb99.cam and any associated domains or sub-domains ("the Platform"). By accessing or using gb99 in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. Account Registration

To access the full range of gb99 services, players must complete the account registration process. The following rules govern the creation and maintenance of gb99 accounts:

• Each player is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. gb99 employs technical and manual processes to detect duplicate registrations and will suspend any accounts identified as duplicates.

Account Security

Deposits & Withdrawals

gb99 supports a range of payment methods suited to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard and USDT (TRC-20). The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

• All deposits must be made using a payment method that is registered in the same name as the gb99 account holder. Third-party deposits — i.e., deposits made from a payment account belonging to a person other than the registered player — are not permitted.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section and may vary by payment method. gb99 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time.

• Any funds identified as being associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse will be voided and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.
• Currency on the gb99 platform is displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) for local payment methods and in USDT for crypto transactions. Exchange rates applicable to USDT deposits are determined at the time of the transaction.

Bonuses & Promotions

gb99 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated within the individual promotion:

• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover requirements"). These specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements for each offer are stated clearly on the promotion page.
• Bonuses are credited to an account's bonus balance and are separate from the real-money balance. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from bonus wagering that meet the rollover requirement are eligible for withdrawal.
• gb99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or impose additional conditions at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus will be informed of material changes that affect their ongoing wagering.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors to generate unearned bonus credits, or coordinating with other players to arbitrage promotional offers — will result in bonus cancellation, account suspension and potential forfeiture of associated winnings.
• gb99 may at its discretion set maximum bet limits on accounts with active bonus balances. Bets placed that exceed any applicable maximum bonus bet restriction may be voided.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Players who have previously held a gb99 account are not eligible to claim a new welcome bonus under a new registration.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the gb99 platform is subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. gb99 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and accepted by the system, except in circumstances where a clear technical error has occurred on gb99's side.
• gb99 reserves the right to void any bet where the odds were clearly published in error, where the outcome was known at the time of the bet, or where there is reasonable evidence that the bet was placed as part of an attempt to exploit a pricing error.
• For live sports betting, gb99's in-play markets are subject to temporary suspension during key moments (wickets, goals, corners, timeouts) to allow odds to be recalculated. Bets placed immediately before a suspension may be voided if a significant event has already occurred but has not yet been reflected in the odds.
• The minimum and maximum stake amounts for each game and market are displayed within the interface. These limits may be adjusted at gb99's discretion, including for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified.
• gb99 reserves the right to limit, restrict or refuse bets from any player at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — cases where a player is identified as a professional or systematic bettor.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the gb99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to the registered account holder.
• Engaging in money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical exploit to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players in live poker, Teen Patti or any other multi-player game to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to generate winnings. Players are required to report any such issues to support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse as described in Section 6.
• Using a VPN, proxy or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or access controls.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing gb99 staff, support agents or other players in any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the gb99 platform, including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, code and data structures, is the intellectual property of gb99 or its licensed content and technology providers. The following restrictions apply:

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish or create derivative works from any content on the gb99 platform without express prior written consent from gb99.
• The gb99 brand name and logo are proprietary marks. Unauthorised use of the gb99 name, logo or any confusingly similar mark is strictly prohibited.

Amendments

Governing Terms
